Hello! My mixer runs super duper fast on the lowest setting.
Then on the medium setting it runs slow!
Please advise. Thank you

It appears as though there is a problem with the speed controller in the mixer.
According to this webpage from Kenwood UK (if this is where you are) there is a 5 year guarantee on your particular model mixer, if it was purchased after October 2013, so you should be covered if you are in the UK
As your mixer is less than 1 year old, check the guarantee that came with your mixer to see if it is guaranteed for 5 years or if you are not in the UK, whether your mixer is still within the manufacturer’s guarantee period for your location.
If it is still within the manufacturer’s guarantee period, follow the directions in the guarantee as to what to do to make a claim for a manufacturer’s guarantee repair
