I’d like to know if someone could help me with listings of the resistors, caps, ICs etc needed for board repairs on iPhones and Mac?
I’m looking to buy the SMD / IC with many pieces but I kinda need to know what I need to put in there.

To add to Ben’s answer the board view’s offer a full parts listing.
But before you start buying from a parts list I would recommend you work on the premiss you don’t need that many SMD or IC parts!
Most are not needed and only in rare cases like liquid damage will you. Review the Louis Rossmann vids to see what he often deals with as there are common ailments that you can focus on.
Donor iPhone boards are great, for example when you are doing a backlight circuit repair on iPhone 6 to 7 plus there are plenty of capacitors you can use for the backlight power lines (left / right strobe / backlight display)
