Leappad 2 was syncing, but then switched off due to low battery.

Plugged in again it it is now stuck on ‘tuning up-0%’

Is there anyway you can do a reset to factory settings?

Yes you have to connect it to a PC then press Settings then Reset LeapPad 2 Note doing this This will erase everything.
