Never seen a thermal management task bar.

Whats it saying? Any warnings?

First thing that pops in my head is re-thermal paste the CPU. And make sure the fan is clean.

Look up Intel tools and utilities and download the monitory tool and the diagnostics tool. Assuming you have Intel.
