It's an easy teardown but not much for information in regards to a chip for wifi. Most parts are soldered to motherboard.

Check if the mobile data setting has been selected for the correct SIM card
Go to Settings > Network & Connectivity > SIM Manager.
Choose which SIM to use for mobile data, select Data , and select SIM1 or SIM2

You cannot remove WiFi chip. It's SoC so everything is in one chip which is named Snapdragon 205.
