1 Deceased relative and cannot unlock
My uncle recently passed and I am no in possession of his tablet. No one knows his password to his gmail, and his phone also has a passcode lock on it so we cant use the “forgot my password” option to send a verification code to the phone to change it. Ive factory reset the ematic 373 tablet but it is still asking for his gmail account information, even to start a new profile on it.
