Voice call not able to hear thru phone , speaker as will as headphone

Try starting the phone in safe mode and see if you can hear OK in any mode, phone, loudspeaker or earphones. ( I couldn’t find safe mode for your exact model so hopefully this is close enough and will work).

If it works OK in safe mode then a downloaded app is the cause of the problem. You need to uninstall each downloaded app, one by one,and test the phone after each uninstall to see if it works correctly. Once it does work correctly then the last downloaded app that you uninstalled will be the culprit.

If it still doesn’t work in safe mode try a factory restore of the phone.

Be aware that a factory restore will erase all your data and downloaded apps. It will restore the phone to its’ factory default (or last system updated) condition.

Therefore it is important to backup your phone before performing a factory restore.

Backup the phone using the phone’s backup feature.

Once the backup has been completed, restore the phone using the phone’s factory restore feature.

Once the phone has restored to its’ factory default condition, test if it works OK.

If it still doesn’t work OK in factory default mode you have a hardware problem, (most likely the motherboard) with the phone.

If it works OK when in factory default mode restore the phone from the backup that you made earlier, using the phone’s restore feature.

Once the phone has been restored to what it was before you started, check if it still works OK. If it does then the factory restore (or reset) has resolved the problem.
