Hi @ravi8885 ,

What OS is installed in the laptop?

Have you tried starting the laptop in "safe mode" to see if it still happens?(search online to find out how to do this for your particular OS if you don't know how)

Does it do this with the charger connected and switched on?

Hi @ravi8885, I had this problem and it is because the Lenovo Z560 does not support windows 10 if you have it. It only supports windows 7 or lower. For me, the problem was when I had windows 10, the laptop overheated rapidly. When I downgraded to windows 7, my laptop stopped overheating and it works fine. To downgrade to windows 7, you will need to do a full backup of the data that is very important to you and then download a windows 7 ISO file. Go to this link and pick x64 (64 bit) because the laptop is 64 bit''. After that, go to'' this link and click the free trial button, download the file then install the program called ultra iso. You must have a USB flash drive With a minimum space requirement of 4GB. Format the usb flash drive. Open the program ultra iso and click the continue to try button. when greeted into the menu click the file tab then click the open button and find the windows 7 ISO you have downloaded then select it. After that, click the Bootlable tab and click the write disk image button and make sure your usb drive is connected by now. After making sure everything is connected select your usb drive from the Disk drive pop up menu then click the Write button. It will take from 5-10 minutes. While you are waiting feel free to have a cup of tea to not get too bored. When disk writing is finished, proceed by shutting down your laptop. After that press the power button as you do always and as you see the Lenovo logo, continuously press the F12 button on the keyboard until a grey menu pops up. select your usb drive and press the enter key. windows 7 will boot up and it will quickly guide you to install windows 7 on your device. Also, if you get any problems with all your drivers, Go to https://www.iobit.com/en/driver-booster....
