Hi,

Try the following first:

Use a strong light and a magnifying glass to check if there is dust or lint trapped in the port enclosure, preventing a good connection. Also check that all the pins are there and that they are all straight and parallel with each other.

If there is lint trapped in the port, DO NOT use a metal pin or probe to try and get it out as you may cause damage to the pins or electrical damage to the phone itself. Try a vacuum cleaner and see if that works to remove the obstruction. If absolutely necessary gently use a wooden toothpick.

If the port enclosure seems OK, insert a USB cable into the phone only (do not connect the other end of the cable to anything), then grasp the phone firmly in one hand and very gently try to move the plug of the cord up and down and side to side to check if there is any movement in the socket. If there is then the socket may be loose from the systemboard and hopefully all that is necessary is that it has to be resoldered back on. You’ll need SMD (surface mounted device) soldering tools and expertise to do this.

If the socket is faulty it will have to be replaced.

Here’s a link to the ifixit BLUE Life One L120 guide, which may be of some help if you have to open the phone to inspect it.
