My TV Display is horrendous it is too dark during the day and does not give me a clear picture

possibly a bulb, ballast or (less likely) a DLP chip error. We would have to see what you see. Post some images of the display so we can see what you see Agregar imágenes a una pregunta existente Besides regular hand tools, you will also have to have a pretty good multimeter to measure the ballast.
