it goes black/no sound 2-5 times a minute for about 3 seconds

Same problem, no sound when it goes black. I have a UN55JU6400FXZA Series 6. When it starts, it goes black/no sound 2-5 times a minute for about 3 seconds each time. Recently, it started to go black for 10+ seconds at a time. So far I've only unplugged the power cord, waited 30-60 seconds and that clears it up for a while (maybe an evening long). Tonight I just unplugged it, but next time I'll test accessing the menu and other preliminary tests, but I want to follow this thread.
