Just installed Windows 7 operating system & the resualtion will not let me get on the Internet.

You need to set up your internet connection through the windows 7 network manager: Open the Connect to the Internet wizard by clicking the Start button Picture of the Start button, and then clicking Control Panel. In the search box, type network, click Network and Sharing Center, click Set up a new connection or network, and then double-click Connect to the Internet. Also make sure your firewall settings are allowing you and your web browser (Internet explorer) access to theinternet.

I'm guessing you upgraded from XP.If so you must have missed the instruction to download audio and ethernet drivers to install once you install Win 7. The problem you are experiencing is the lack of the driver for the internet port. See if you can get a friend to download the driver for you and burn it to a cd so you can install it. Otherwise you may need to reinstall XP--download and burn the drivers and then reload Win 7. Good luck.

nakethamoore, it would help if you click on the link "Ask a question" on the right side of this screen. Give as muc detail as possible. Like what computer what OS how do you normally connect. i.e. Dial UP, ethernet. cable, satellite etc...the more details the better. Good Luck
