USB charging port broken off completely

If you are familiar with SMD soldering techniques and have the tools then you could repair it yourself.

Here is a link to a video showing how to replace the LCD screen in your phone. I realize that this is not the problem with your phone, however it is still useful as it shows how to open the phone and remove the systemboard so that you can gain access to the USB port connector.

Here's a link to just one supplier of the part. It is shown only to give an idea of what it looks like. There are other suppliers online that may suit you better.

There are numerous videos on You Tube showing how to desolder/solder a micro USB connector onto a systemboard. Not for your particular phone model, but the principle is the same for most USB connectors.

If you find the repair process a bit daunting, I suggest that you contact a reputable, professional mobile phone repair service and ask for a quote to repair the phone.
