Why is my lcd keep flickering and not responding

Today i changed out my phone 6 housing and it was perfect. when i put the screen back on it had a small line down the middle of the screen but it was usable. I letter decided to try to fix it by re connection the cables but after that it went down hill. my phone started to show the apple logo like it was booting up then 3 seconds later it went to a black screen with white lines at the top then back to the logo. even when i tried to shut off the phone it would keep doing it.i even cleaned the connections for the screen but still. the ribbon cables are a little bent though. nut my phone would not shut off either please help! could i just replace the screen or could i buy the metal for the back of the phone screen that has to LCD

cable on it.

UPDATE: Its now showing the charge sign and the apple logo at once

Take pictures of the connectors on the board, I assume they got physically damaged.

Also try booting with home button extension cable and front camera unplugged, or in short plug the touch screen and display cable only.

This could also be caused by long screw damage, which can only be checked via microscope or someone that does micro-soldering. Basically long screw damage is where longer than usual screws go in where they shouldn't be, like the screw holes that sit on the logic board near the screen connectors.

You are leaving the battery unplugged before unplugging or plugging any other cables right?

Don't worry about long screw damage for now until you try another screen, attempt to boot with front camera and home button extension cable unplugged.

Looks like you have an connection issue on the screen, either the screen has gone bad (ribbon cables bent too much) or just not plugged in properly (probably not this as you already tried reseating the cables).

@benjamen50 do you mean before plugging or unplugging anything else? "You are unplugging the battery before unplugging or plugging any other batteries right?"

I made a typo, fixed it thanks no idea why I wrote batteries two times.

there i added a video of it dont mind the battery strips. But i see no damage of the connectors or damage to the main board because of screw damage. Im not sure whats going on. Could it be that the cables on my lcd were bent beyond 90 degrees ? like i said one time i connected them and the screen was doing the same thing then i reconnected them and it was fixed. not sure whats happening this time!

Try posting images only because the videos don't appear to play.

Well I can tell from the preview video image that the LCD connector on the board is damaged.

That does sound like the LCD, I'm not 100% sure though, but the fact that removing the LCD and putting it back in caused problems I'd say its the LCD, you Did pretty good though, a housing replacement is HARD

I'd check with @benjamen50 first, he's more professional at this, are you 100% sure you put each one in the right place? if you mix them up you will need a new logic board because as ben said long screw damage will occur if you mix them up

@benjamen50 i opened it this morning and reconnected the cables and put it into recovery mode and the screen is fine i will have a pic on my post check it out, i have yet to retore my phone though

Possibly, You must replace your whole phone, That could be a Recovery thing, possibly, but that could be also be just the screen being bugged, open up your phone, and check what is happening, Gimme pictures if you could
