Has it worked OK before when connected to the computer?
Does it work OK if you try to copy or scan a document using the printer's control panel?
If it works when using the printer's control panel, what make and model of computer is it connected to and what OS is installed in the computer?

Printerhead? what do you mean? or are you trying only to print from your pc?

Hi lorenzo.walker,
Have you tried a 'Clean Printhead"operation from either the printer's control panel or the HP printer software in the computer?
On the printer press the Right Arrow > Setup > Tools > Clean Printhead.
Do it 2-4 times to see if it starts to print.
