my phone died today and when wanted to charge it all its says is 0% battery and turns off ... turns on again shows the 0% battery and then turns off .... its been more then 5 hours with my phone doing this ...it hasnt charged at all .... I NEED HELP, PLEASEEE

You need to check your charging system . Try a different charger, check the cable and phone port for damage or dirt . If you need to clean the port use 99%ip alcohol and a soft toothbrush . A toothpick may also be helpful . If your port is loose or damaged you will need to replace it . It could also be the battery has reached the end of its duty cycle .
