Hello, today I dropped my iPhone 6s and the screen didn't crack, the LCD screen did, it has vertical weird lines and I can't use it, let alone 3D Touch. I want to take it to Apple, my question is, will they charge me as a normal screen cracking? Does the screen they provide come with the 3D Touch system too? Thanks!

iPhone 6s screens have 3D touch together with the screen. Apple will replace the whole screen assembly for you.
Yes they will charge the normal screen replacement price.
If they charge some out of warranty replacement of $349 even though the phone is still functioning take it to a independent mobile repair shop as it would be just the screen needing to be replace.
Independent repair stores would replace the screen and transfer the removable components such as front camera and home button from the old cracked screen to the new replacement screen which is also good. (This is a cheaper option and is good to consider)
