Why are all my previous apps faded into the background?
I have not found an answer to my problem searching forums. I was FaceTiming my friend, and when I hung up, the FaceTime screen was still there, I can see the buttons, but I can't press them. The FaceTime screen is faded into the background. Then a website had an ad at the bottom, now there's a faded ad at the bottom of my phone too. I can still use it, I'm typing this on that phone, but it's very annoying. I have turned off and on, reset using home and off button, the color settings are fine, I've cleared my recent app list.This happened after I dropped it while charging, but it barely hit the floor and I caught it with the cord. Any suggestions?

I had this problem too till I realized it was because I put my phone on save battery a lot which stops it from doing background apps refresh but when I turned it off they went away
