replaced battery,new start,changedspark plug new coil drive belt replace cleaned filter changed oil last timeit started needed to use a jump starter drove it like that for months

So no kick start huh? Sounds like your battery isn't putting off enough cranking amps so you need to connect it to an external power supply to start the scooter (if I understand correctly). Try replacing the battery (again) with a high quality brand such as interstate. Also you may want to check your air to fuel ratio on your carburetor. Hope that helps.
