after power on keeps shutting off and on

once the power on button is depressed it starts shutting itself off and on as in a loop sort of condition

Try removing battery ... press power button for up to 30 seconds ... plug in charger and see if happens again ... if i does "Boot Loop" spam DEL or F2, it might let you in the bios ... if you are able to do this, it is not your hardware but it might be a software issue. Good Luck
