De-registering my handsets phones

Hi,

Try a power reset.

Remove the base station from the AC power. Remove the batteries from all the phones. Leave all 'unpowered' for approximately 1 hour, then restore power to all devices.

Do this at a time when you think that you will not be in need of the telephone service or if you do not wish to be without a telephone service during this time, if possible divert your landline phone number so that incoming calls are sent to your mobile phone number, (make sure that it is switched on) using the relevant codes supplied by the landline phone service provider. These should be listed on their website. Do this before you unpower the phones. You will need to use a mobile phone for your outgoing calls as well.
