RCA tablet wifi help 2g
My tablet connects to the wifi and shows full signal but is only showing that it is 2g. Is that because its an older model? I can't run Netflix and other apps that require a network and seem slow. I figured they were related but maybe I'm crazy. Thoughs, ideas, solutions welcome. Thanks.

Hi, How does the WiFi network that you are connecting to with your tablet connect to the internet? Are you using a mobile phone as a hotspot? If so does it have 3G capabilities? WiFi and 2G /3G are two different signalling systems. Where does it state on your tablet that it is 2G? Maybe your WiFi connection speeds are slow or the WiFi network that you are connected to has a slow internet connection.
