Ordered used compac presario v2000. Supposed to power up but doesn't. Any ideas??

@melmax you did not tell us what it does? anything? Any LED's lighting up? What have you checked? I'd start with power. Check the AC adapter to make sure it has the proper voltage, than the power port.
