Sound track is muffled
The main voice sound track is extremely muffled while the rest of the sound track seems to coming in loud and clear.

Hi, What is the sound output connected to, a TV or a sound system? Have you tried reversing the red and white audio leads to see if the problem 'follows' the channel i.e. left or right speaker? Try to isolate whether the problem is with the DVD player or what it is connected to.
