My 3DS will not charge. The problem is not the charge I bought I new one and same problem. It will charge but only if I move it side to side every once and a while but now that does not work! HELP!

Nobody likes a game console that's fizzling out, so let's find the root of the problem.
If you've eliminated the charger as problematic, you could have a failing battery or charging port. You can purchase a replacement battery from almost any gaming or electronics retailer, such as Nintendo, Amazon or Batteries Plus.
