Photos recovery, Phone wont power on

While swapping the battery on my fathers iphone 4s, the battery socket came off the board... not extremely worried about the phone working in the long term because he has a 6s now, but there are some photos on it he really wants to get off it. Any ideas?

p.s. when the phone is plugged in it goes into a reboot loop...

Mark O Reilly you will have to repair the 4S to access the files that are on it. Consider having someone resolder the battery connector even if it is just long enough to download all the files you need.
