3 How difficult is it to replace the lid cover?
Hey,
I'm looking into replacing several case components on my MacBook due to a horrible run in with Acetone. Now I can see that the iFixit guide for changing the top case is "moderate" but there isn't really a guide for replacing the lid cover.
I presume it would be essentially the same as MacBook Core 2 Duo LCD Panel Replacement - but this tutorial seems incredibly difficult and I am wondering if it is worth the time and the effort to replace the casing.
