Is my SSD corrupted?

I upgraded to windows 10 and then after some days i wanted to sell this thing off so i resetted the tablet. While resetting i selected the option to clean drive fully which was taking a long long time... for about 3 hours i waited and the process was only done about 20%, so i turned off the device. And now i cannot seem to install windows anymore... it always says that drive cannot be formatted or just throws an error. So is the ssd corrupted? And if so can i open up the surface pro and replace with a new one?

Coz i saw that it requires you to clone the existing partitions of the ssd gpt partitions or so. Please help!!!
