deborahfoley70, you did not tell us what engine your Honda has. The Idle Air Control (IAC) is marked on the images posted.
Location on the 4cylinder engine is center rear
Location on the 6cylinder engine is left side of the engine

Thank you so much! Oldturkey03 !!!!! I have a 4 cylinder V- TEC. Man every other site I reviewed showed 6 cylinder V-Tec's. IAC valves - now I gotta figure out how to remove it. I'll get r done.

This is always located just aft of the throttle body intake. It will usually have a 2 wire cable going to it. This valve keeps the engine from stalling when the main throttle butterfly is closed.

Mounted underneath throttlebody with 2 Phillips head screws that be difficult to remove on high mileage vehicles
