No. Your laptop can have a maximum of 8GB but you can only use x2 4GB modules to reach 8GB... Go to http://www.crucial.com to find compatible configurations.

According to this link a Samsung NP300E5Z- A09IN has two RAM slots and supports a maximum of 8GB of memory, i.e. 2 x 4GB DDR3 1600MHz
