**Warning Factory reset will remove all Data**
1. Take the battery out.
2.Wait for 30 seconds then reinsert it.
3.Power on your device while Pressing and holding Volume up and Power key at the same time.
4. Select "wipe data/factory reset" by using your "Volume" keys and "Power" button to enter that option.

Those kinds of tablets dont have removable batteries... unless you have a soldering iron...
I just found a 7DTB25 in a Share Shed. Using just step 3 and 4, the unit was factory reset without removing the battery, nor opening up the casing.

Get the password wrong until it offers to completely reset. This will delete everything but it will let you set it up like new with any passcode.
