The screen is not responded.

I never had any issue for daily use of my Sony VAIO PCG-3E2L laptop. However, once I am trying to open a game, the screen is not responded anymore. I cannot ever force close the game application. I have to restart every single time.

When the screen is not responding while trying to open a game, sometimes it is just best to be patient and wait for the laptop to fix itself. If waiting a reasonable amount of time results in a continuous unresponsive status, there is a lot to consider in resolving the issue. It is also important to know that the laptop could be damaged if it is not properly restarted. Before troubleshooting the laptop for the source of the problem, make sure that the laptop has the most up to date drivers from Sony and that the Windows operating system is up to date as well. It is possible that the game itself has an issue and may not be compatible with the laptop. The following link will give instructions for troubleshooting to determine if the laptop is overloaded and if something needs to be fixed inside the device:

It is probably a problem on the battery. Remove the battery and unplug the power cord. Plug the power cord back again to check if the screen is responding. If screen is responding in this case you will need to replace your battery with a new one.

If the screen is frozen it is most likely because the laptop is undergoing too many too many tasks at once. Try waiting a few minutes for it to finish current applications; then close and uninstall all unnecessary programs. Another problem could be that your laptop doesn't have enough RAM to handle that many applications at once. Try closing and uninstalling some software, then handle tasks fewer at a time.
