need to know where is the ac relay and ac fuse is located.

Here is a link to the manual for your car. Scan down to the bottom of the list to where it says download. Fuses and relays are on page 154. Good luck. Ralph

A common cause of the ac clutch not turning on is lack of refrigerant gas in the system. There is a pressure switch which detects that there is enough gas and if not the ac clutch won't engage.

I 've checked my system and there is no gas in it. How can I force the clutch to engage so I can recharge the circuit?

Sometimes due to wear your need to adjust the clutch on the compressor with shims. Most folks miss that and spend a small fortune trying re-gassing and replacing compressors.

what adjustments are you looking for? What year is your vehicle and what engine size is it?
same problem here; I can get it going by pressing w a crowbar---but when I release the bar- no go
