Will not charge unless you turn off 1st
My iPhone 4s will only charge if you 1st turn it off then plug it in. It will then stay charging. Have any answer for this?

Are you using an original charger USB cable? You can first try another cable.
You can also try another battery.
And doe iTunes recognizes it?
