The mobile doesn,t open
Suddenly my mobile switched off and doesn't response for any thing . I tried to connect to charger and laptop and it doesn't work

Hi,
Try to connect the phone to the PC in flash mode. Press and hold the Volume Down button and then connect the micro USB cable. If it is connected to the computer you can try to reflash the firmware:
Factory Reset, Fix Android Problems with Sony PC Companion
If it does not connect to the computer, you have a hardware problem (battery or main board).
