Why is my phone frozen?

I was eating pizza, and when I stood up to get some soda my phone fell from my lap.

My phone is a blu dash L 4.0 it won't go pass the start up screen just shows blu bold like us and freezes .

I tried reseting to factory settings by holding the power & volume + botton but after that it still won't work . What else can I do ?

my blu phone freeze on the password and when i click on the reset it freeze too so i have to click on cancel what to do

Hi Adrian,

Have you tried removing the battery?

Leave it out for 1-2 minutes, reinstall it and then start your phone and if still no good try a hard reset again.

I tried to press the power button it does not work 5 minutes after it shuts down by it self so i turned it on it did work so that my way if your phone get freeze

A BLU Dash L is sealed & does not have a removable battery.

I figured it out. Sometimes smartphones will appear to be on and working but will be unresponsive to your touch. If this is the case, your phone is most likely frozen. This is something that does not happen too often but may occur if you drop your phone or have too many applications running. Before jumping to the conclusion that your phone is broken there are a couple things you can try first. First, try rebooting your phone. Hold the power button for about ten seconds. If the phone is unresponsive to this and does not let you reboot, you should try removing the battery. This will shut your phone down and allow you to try turning your phone on. If the problem repeats, the phone is most likely broken and will require replacing.

As I remember... to force the iPhone to restart, you need to hold the start and the home button pressed for about 10 sec.
