Sadly no, there is no after market SSD storage upgrades for phones in general.
You're only option is to swap out the complete logic board which is very expensive and has risks! Given the fact the phone is so new I would look at selling it and buying another phone with larger storage.

No. Return it and get one with more storage. Recognize that "replacing the motherboard" on an iPhone has only marginal cost difference than buying a new phone.

Yes, there are factory software available to write low-level flash information for iPhone 6/plus, you can buy blank flash chips and replace the original flash chip.
There are a lot of workshops offering this service in China, costs about $50.

Yes but I would not recommend it. You would need to spend a lot for a whole new mother board that contains more storage. If i were you and really wanted a storage upgrade then I would wait a while then find an as is iPhone then buy it I replace the mother board

If you want to spend a lot for a new mother board to expand storage, it's so complicated and it will take a risk. So you can try to change your perspective on how to update iPhone storage. You can buy another iPhone, but I don't recommend, because it will cost too mush. You can try to free up space on iPhone to get more space. This is another way to make your iPhone runs smoothly and fast, you should have a try.
