Heres a macbook pro A1278 13" mid 2010 2.53 GHz logic board that I've been working on for a while, i posted a question about it before on ifixit, but i still couldn't fix it, i think this chip might be the one causing the magsafe to not show any light, can anyone help me identify this chip and provide a direct link to where i can buy it?

Waseem, that is reference designator U7200. It is a TPS51125 dual-synchronous buck controller targeted for notebook system power supply solutions. In your case it is part of the 5V/3.3V SUPPLY circuitry. Get the datasheet from here. Hope this helps, good luck.
