Please try to describe this in detail, post a picture if you can. Does the display look fine other than the cracks? As in, is there discoloration etc.?

Solución Elegida

You can get the display front panel that includes the glass here iPhone 3G Front Panel.

Follow the steps in the Installing iPhone 3G Display guide.

Hope that helps and best of luck!

But if only one is broken then it's really unnecessary and a waste of money.

hey,

My iPhone front glass cracked and I got a new one from you and whicle I was installing it, I broke the LCD, I placed both new glass and the broken LCD and the phone woked but has a faded color and a crack on the LCD on the side, I bought a new LCD and installed it as per your manuals but now I can't see the screen at all but the phone is working!! The screen is black, what is the problem? Thanks

post this as a separate question

You need to post this as a separate question rather than hijacking another posters thread. There are two reasons for this. #1 This thread has already been answered and most likely will not be looked at much or answered again. #2 The title of this thread is inappropriate for resolving your issue.

Sounds like the connector (# 1) isn't pushed on all the way .... it may feel like it clicked but it can come off very easy while replacing the screen assembly in the phone. Take the screen back out and check.
