There are no tools required to replace the battery. The most difficult part of replacement is plugging the battery into the battery port. The plug is very small and might be hard to see.

Begin by holding the Monitor so that the backside is flipped up. This is where your battery is located.
Slide the battery panel downwards to detach it completely. The battery should be completely visible.

Now that your battery is exposed, begin to take the battery out. The only thing keeping the battery in the battery port should be the plug.
Now unplug the battery from the battery port. The plug is small so be careful locating it.
The battery and plug should be completely out of the battery port.
