Nintendo Switch 2 Charging Grip Repair

The Joy‑Con 2 charging grip for the Nintendo Switch 2 allows you to use Joy‑Con 2 controllers in a more traditional controller layout. This specific grip is also able to charge the Joy-Con 2 controllers while they are connected, by connecting the grip to the Nintendo Switch 2 console or a nearby power source using a USB-C cable connected to the top of the grip. The grip has 4 rubber caps, two on each side, allowing balance with HD rumble 2. It also has two feet on the bottom of the grip to make it easy to put on display or stand it up.

The Joy‑Con 2 charging grip uses magnets to secure the controllers, the exact same ones as the Switch 2 body. Two magnets are hidden with colorful stickers on each side, attracting the steel SL and SR buttons on each controller.

The Joy‑Con 2 charging grip is very similar to the original Joy‑Con grip, but has the Switch 2 logo on it and the ability to charge the controllers. It has model number BEE-009 engraved under the grip. A USB-C port is also found on the top of the charging grip, unlike the original Joy-Con 2 grip.
