The Ematic EXP8 was released in September of 2012 as part of Emetics entry level tablet series. The tablet has a large screen measuring 9.7 inches and runs on the Android operating system Ice Cream Sandwich. The Ematic EXP8 is identifiable by the model number on the back side of it that reads EXP8C00156 . The tablet orientation is landscape and the front facing camera sits in the center above the screen whereas similar tablets the front facing camera is often found in the top right or left corner.
