Bose QuietComfort Repair

The Bose QuietComfort Headphones were released in September 2023 with a U.S. retail price of about $349. They are over-ear wireless headphones developed and sold by Bose as part of the QuietComfort lineup, positioned below the QuietComfort Ultra model and as a successor to earlier QuietComfort generations. The QuietComfort Headphones feature Active Noise Cancellation along with an Aware mode that uses ActiveSense to adapt to surrounding sounds. They support standard Bluetooth connectivity, charge via USB-C, and also allow wired listening through an included audio cable. Battery life is rated at up to approximately 24 hours on a full charge. Available color options include Black, White Smoke, and Cypress Green, with more added later on.

The serial number, model number, and DOM of the Bose QuietComfort Ultra headphones can be found in the right earcup beneath the scrim. With your headphones unfolded, gently peel back the scrim from the upper-right curve of the earcup to view the number. Be careful not to press down on or remove any other components inside the earcup.
