I was given an old Ipod that had had the battery removed before it was given to me.
Mi Solución
It took a long time to get the Ipod apart. The tools that came with the battery to use to open it turned out to be useless. The ends on both of the plastic tools broke off after 15 min trying to open the Ipod. I followed the directions on the website and they still did not work. I ended up using a guitar pick and a screwdriver. Once I had it opened the battery fit easily and worked great.
Mi Consejo
Have a flathead screwdriver with you to open up the case after you get a space between the two halves.
