My wife's 4s is 1 & 1/2 years old, and the battery was draining too quickly.
Mi Solución
This is a difficult repair. There's some kind of metal piece that belongs under the battery connector through which one of the screws runs. It's very hard to get it in the right place, but I was able to do it.
Mi Consejo
Go slow with this one, and make sure you have a pair of tweezers handy.
