Disk and Batery replacement

My hard disk wall full (250gb). My battery was bad (like 2 hours to be dad).

The hard disk, abought 5 minutes, and the battery, abought 15 minutes.

With the new battery, I have a problem: when my iPhone starts, a message "temperature!" appear, And I can't use it.

I returned back the older battery, And the same iPhone worked very well (the problem with the older is only the time of using iPhone). I returned the new again, and the problem persists. What do I have to do?
