I didn't realize that AT&T had a $199 deductible to replace and iPhone 3gs. Ridiculous, I could have bought a refurb one for less than the deductible, plus they have you pay $10 per month for their "insurance". Was able to order this kit, install it, and have my phone for under $50.

Be careful with the little screws, they can be hard to keep track of. I suggest getting a deep dish or bowl to put screws in, and another one to collect the smashed glass in. Also, putting the little ribbon cable in the connector is a little difficult- you might want to use the flat tool to hold it while you work it in.
