Spilled some coffee on the trackpad

Mi Problema

i spilled some of coffee on my trackpad. After that, my trackpad leave to work correctly.

I opened my macbook to see if it have a fix. and well basically i don't see nothing out of the ordinary.

I live in panama and the tecnical services os good but they first need order the replace parts in US to fix my macbook and they were going to stay with my macbook for over a day and I can not wait that long.

By those reasons, i decide order the parts in ifix.com and fix the problem myself.

Mi Solución

I followed ifixit guide. I replaced the trackpad by the new one and it work excelent.

With the guide is really easy fix the problem and the replacement parts sended by ifixt.com was in excelent conditions.

Mi Consejo

When you going to mount the new trackpad try to ask help to another person for put the connector cable in the hole of unibody because is a little bit dificult. if you have a small clamp , use it.
