ear plug only left side is working

When i connect my ear plugs, only left or right ear only i can hear, i bought new ear plugs but same result.

is there any settings to be made in i tunes????????

Husain, there is no settings that you can change in iTunes to fix this. It does sound like your audio jack is not functioning. you can try and blow it out with some compressed air. also try to insert and remove the headphone jack a few times in rapid succession. This may loosen the connection. If that does not work, it may just be time to change the audio jack. You'll find the guide for that right here. Hope this helps, good luck.
