Why is my ps4 controller not connected to my other ps4
I am trying to connect my ps4 controller to my other ps4 but it doesn’t work it just keeps flashing blue and then terns off

Try pressing and holding the option button and the ps button until it blinks rapidly, then it is in pairing mode. Then with a different controller go to Bluetooth devices in the settings menu and you should see it as an available device and be able to connect it. If you don't have a 2nd controller for this option, you will need to use a USB cable from the controller to the ps4 to connect it
